I switched breakfast up a little bit today. I still made scrambled eggs with cottage cheese, but I added the cottage cheese to the egg before I scrambled it. If you do this, keep in mind that it will take longer to cook this way. Cottage cheese has a high water content, but once the water cooks out, you're left with delicious creamy scrambled eggs that taste pretty cheesy. I put it all in a pita pocket with some Cholula. You know I never miss an opportunity to use some hot sauce.
this song came on. It's an oldie but a goodie and it never fails to make me move my legs just a bit faster.
For lunch today, I had some Chick-fil-A nuggets with buffalo sauce and a small diet lemonade.
For my after dinner snack, I had my last Yasso Greek Yogurt bar. I need to go to the store and get some more of these. I enjoyed them so much.
